Does semi-success lead to full success

Yesterday introduced 22 ocellaris (all uner 1") into the 120 which has 16 btas. I used the long clear tube and in the end 3 of them are in various btas and 19 of them are all in one top corner of the tank. It's been about 20 hours. Since there are a few that are in btas, do you think the others will eventually learn from them? What I could do is wait until the lights come on, around 3pm today (they're on 3-10, with a 3 hr peak 5-8) and the nems open up, net those that aren't near the nems and repeat the tube process. Or just let nature take it's course. Thoughts?

Had an opportunity to watch one of our rbtas split last night. Any suggestions on increasing the success of hosting? We now have 5-6 of the 22 in an rbta while the rest hover in a near corner of the tank.
