I could be a sign of it, but nems will usually walk up higher if they want more light. You pic looks like it could easily walk up to more light if it wanted to.
Ok thanks.I could be a sign of it, but nems will usually walk up higher if they want more light. You pic looks like it could easily walk up to more light if it wanted to.
With my greens, they typically look like this when they plant themselves in a little heavier flow. Not all bubbles bubble, so just keep that in mind.
My suggestion would be to leave it be, as nems can usually find their own spots and as long as they do not deflate all the time are good to go.
Current orbit ic pro, not the best light. What light is it under?
It is actually normal for them to lose their bubble tips and stretch out. No one really knows why.

40 breeder, 16 inchesWhat size tank? depth?
it is likely fine tho. If you see it walking to the top of the tank then it may be upset.
I think the nem is fine by the photo.40 breeder, 16 inches
Cool thanks.I think the nem is fine by the photo.
I agree. I use a current light for coral qt on a 40b and it keeps things alive just fine. Should be fine for a gbta, as well since they usually like a little lower light.I think the nem is fine by the photo.
