Also, when I feed my hammer and frogspawn why do they have a string of food coming out of their body?

Looks ok to me. I would be worried about having them that close to your power filter intake though. Curious what are you feeding them?

Yeah, I'd definitely move him. He's going to need more room away from your filter inlet. Look at mine....it's more than 6" across!

How come my hammer it’s technicals aren’t extended like yours? My frogspawn is
 

Not sure.....cause yours is a baby? Mine is in a medium amount of flow from the power head on the left side of the tank.
 
The darker one is for sure a hammer. The lighter appears to have hammer shaped polyps. I’m not seeing the trademark frogspawn like polyps. Could be another hammer. Either way the two corals like medium flow and fed meaty foods couple times per week. Reefroids are good but could spoil your tank since they will disperse throughout the display tank. I feed all my euphyllia corals LPS pellets, LRS, and phytoplankton
