How new is it what’s the flow like. ? It may take some time for it to adjust and get used to any kind of new flow and lighting along with water quality. Even my hammers close up mid day and come back out

I don’t see a smoking gun here. I will assume your parameters are all in range.

Make sure it is in low/moderate flow and light, then give it another day. Shipping is rough!

It was in medium flow, and has been in the tank for a day. Water quality is all within range

Water temp? You should be okay give it some time the tissue looks good on the stem it’s definitely just tucked in and closed up. Shipping is rough. Keep it where it is rest of week and see what it does

All new euphilia I like to put in low flow areas

Looks fine to me. If it starts losing polyps or has receding flesh or bleaching, that's when I worry. Sometimes they are temperamental and may take days or even weeks to adjust. Mine usually do fine within a few days to a week but I had one that did NOT want to open up for probably closer to 3-4 weeks. But that one was a rescue so he wasn't in the greatest shape.to begin with.

Euphillia are weird somtimes. Give it 3 days in low flow and if it’s closed still try a higher flow area. I have a hammer that just wouldn’t expand all the way in low flow near my other ephiliA. I tried moving to an area of my tank with decent flow and it almost instantly opened fully so I just left it their and it’s happy.
