Anyone know of any acan colonies that are priced at $100?
I think it would be cool to have a larger acan colony or mini colony but they seem to all be 30+ per polyp.

there are a lot of places to get acans for 5 - 10 per head
30 + $ / head is not common pricing anymore and is almost ridiculous
- some may think that some extra ultra rare this or that is worth 30/head but not common acan lords
check around you'll find some

Id really like to find a decent sized one that diff from those i already have. I only have oranges and reds and red rainbows.

do a search through all your local lfs's. sometimes the prices online don't carry down to the local guys - some of them dont have the time to spend hours on line looking to see how to price their corals - they have a markup formula they use and stick to that. Much of the online pricing is heavily influenced by economic trends for that type of coral on other sites. See if you can find a wholesaler to sell you a couple colonies - always worth organizing a group buy if thats the case

I recently picked up a few from AustinAquaFarms when he did an ebay listing, and got some VERY large colonies for great prices. I think the biggest one is in the 25~35 head range, and I think the closing bid was less than $50. Nice looking too.

Not huge colonies in overall size, but still VERY good size.

Only issue was the bagging could have been a bit better, but they all look good a week later so can't say there was any long-term problems.

i have some green and purple colonies and some otherGrade A acnas for $100-$160/ colony, most 20+heads...
