I am running an Aquaticlife 100GPD 4 stage Rodi unit. The recommended replacement for the DI filter is when the color is changed completely, based on the picture, does it look exhausted to you?

I usually make about 50g of rodi per week and the DI filter was replaced since July 2020.

currently 2 tds.

I usually make a 5g bucket at about 1 hour 15 mins, does it sound normal?

note: right filter is new, I placed it there for comparison.

Following! I use the aquatic life RO buddy and also curious about this! Mine comes with 1-2 TDS, only had it 3 months. Make RODI water for 40G tank.

Yup, it's exhausted. Recharge it.

Does other brand DI cartridge exhaust that quick? Again, about 50g per week and it’s only been about 4 months. TDS is still at 2 but very slow.

DI resin is DI resin. Likely an initial and/or post membrane water quality issue. What is your TDS out of the membrane and before the resin cartridges? What resins are you running? Cation, anion, and/or mixed bed?

I haven’t test the tds without the DI, what would be the acceptable range? I am runnjng the factory replacement filter

The acceptable range would be ideally below 15 out of the membrane. But, it is really dependent on your initial water quality.
