Does this look like cyano?

Hello Reefers! Was looking to get some educated guesses as to what’s going on with my tank. I have a 50 gallon mixed reef with a 15 gallon sump. My phosphates are ~ 0.03, and my nitrates are ~ 3ppm. This is what it looks like:

Well that’s a bummer! Who’s got a good cure that doesn’t involve chemiclean?
 
Yup Cyano.
Reduce lighting period.
Change lighting spectrum to mostly blues.
Syphon and REMOVE dally, dont just stir and redistribute.
Dose competitive bacterias.

Read the sticky thread in the nuisance algae forum.
