Does this look like Dino?

I had Dinos awhile back and they looked like spider webs on the rocks. I noticed this, this morning, it’s only there and then on one other section of rocks but very small and in a relatively straight line so was wondering if it could have been left by snail.

All I see is a blue blur. Need white light pics for any identification purposes
