Someone local is selling all of their corals and this one caught my eye but I'm trying to figure out if it looks healthy. It looks very white and maybe translucent. Does that mean it's bleached?

It's hard to believe any RBTA would survive such intense lighting to bleach to that extent!
+1 on Condy
There are "Pink Tip Condy" nems and that is one imho. It looks healthy as to it's shape and form, it's just not an RBTA. Condy nems are not a favorite for mixed reef tanks.
