Does this poop look like internal parasite poop?

Agh I thought I beat it. Tried metro in food but these guys are finicky as soon as they taste metro they won't eat. Then I went through a general cure treatment, their poop went from stringy to thick. Any tips?

Yep they're eating but not any medicated foods they are breathing normally as well.

Is the poop white and stringy. Normally white string poop means internal parasites. Plus these fish have been with you for 6 weeks. If they are showing no other Ill signs I would think they are ok

It's not really stringy it's a stiff noodle and it's not only white it's white and brown

I would try food soaking Prazipro next. Some internal parasites are more susceptible to that than metro.
