Does this tang have ich?

Something ain't right with that fish. My first thought is velvet, but it could also be flukes or something bacterial. I'd need to see some closeup pics to know whether those are actually specks on the fish or discoloration spots.

That's definately strange. It almost looks like two different fish. The first has something happening on it. Humble is right.. could be any number of things... need better pictures to confirm. In the second he looks way too skinny... like that was taken at a different time than the first. Weird.

I'd say at the very least it had ich recently and is pretty scarred from it. Either way, definitely wouldn't risk it.
