I was moving my torch (epoxied into a rock) away from direct flow and accidentally yanked it so hard that the frag plate broke off from the plug and ended up cutting 30% of it tentacles. Those badly cut tentacles released some slimes. About two to three days later one of my acro frag started to RTN from the base. It was happy for like three months and growing and coloring nicely until the incident. All the parameters did not really change except I increased nitrate to around 10ppm from 5ppm using neonitrate. Two of three remaining frags have shown some stress and some tissue lost also.

Was wondering if anyone has something like this happened to them?
