Does Vibrant work to get rid of unwanted algae?

Yes it does. Hair algae and Bryopsis were really kicking by buttocks!!! Algae went crazy after some big Natural sea water changes. I've always used NSW a few times a year and never had problems. Maybe the hurricanes stirred something up.

Honestly I can't believe it. I spent a lot of hours with my kids cleaning algae I wish I would have done it a lot sooner. Only draw bag is my cheato died as well but that's no biggie at all. So many pictures ruined by algae!!!

I did a video that shows my before/after with vibrant. It worked REALLY well in my tank. Just jumping on the pile of people who report success. It really does work - and the algae hasn't came back after a few weeks of not dosing.

I would wager it works in a similar way that Fluconazole does, by inhibiting the algae's ability to bond the sells together effectively weakening the links and then breaking down. There has to be something else to it since there does seem to be a low occurrence or return issues when using it.
