Dogface puffer has white spots

Been having the dog face puffer for a few days and I come home and he has these white spots I research on Google and it says it's normal I want to make sure if not so I can treat it I do have a 20 gallon hospital tank I can set up. His behavior has been normal

Probably just puffed himself up or something. Nothing to worry about in imo

I agree, it looks too uniform and natural to make me believe it's a disease or parasite.
