I would say no to dosing anything for an Anemone tank. The two things that I would do however is have as much and as intense a filtration regimen as possible combined with the use of carbon and GFI and weekly water changes to minimize excessive nitrates, ammonia and other wastes to cloud up and degrade your water quality.
Lighting is also a key component in ensuring success with maintaining anemones in an aquarium. Power heads, pumps and the like also have to be strategically placed within the confines of your tank to minimize the likelihood of your delicate anemones getting sucked into them. That causes serious problems...injury and/or the death of your anemone plus a mess to clean and water quality takes a big hit as well.
Do your research before ultimately venturing down this road to ensure that this is what you ultimately would like to do. Moreover, the time spend will enable you to be more successful and your animals to live long healthy lives, providing enjoyment to you and a possible home and safe haven to other livestock residing in your aquarium.
