I am getting ready to add fish to my new 220 if I can ever catch the hitchhiking crabs. My plan was to add in fish according to agression level. Peaceful first. I know not backwards just wait. This means the first fish into the tank will be my pair of mandarin goby followed by the pipefish. Mandarins in a new tank! Say it isn't so right. However these guys are both frozen food trained and currently living in a bare qt setup just fine. I also have live food feeders installed just for them. So what does everyone think?

I would say go for it. So long as they are eating frozen food without hesitation and you keep them fed via the food feeders. Generally the only reason not to add them first is the fact they need an establish pod population. However, I would wait until you removed all hitchhiking crabs that remain before adding them.
