Dont know if these fish can stay together please tell me guys, so here they are:
Banded shark
Lionfish
Emperor angelfish
Blue surgeonfish
Red toothed triggerfish
Pantherfish
Clown fish
Clown trigerfish
Snowflake Eel
Porcupine fish

Those are some large fish. How big is your tank? I would ditch the clowns. Unless they are large maroons, they are too small and could become a snack for some of the bigger fish.

Great list for a predator tank, unfortunately one of those fish could go rogue and kill all the other fish, It’s a gamble for sure. In my experience the clown trigger and angelfish depending on size and time will be most dominant and the shark will only last so long before it grows to big for most home aquariums. Only clowns you could use would be a massive cinnamon in my option with those fish

If i put all the fish on the list on a aquarium without the clowns do you think they stay fine?

Agree. You could get a pair of large maroon clowns and they would be fine but smaller percula clowns and the like would make a nice snack for some of the larger fish.

You could put all the fish together, you just need a big tank.

No. You would need a big open sand bed, and many of those fish eat coral and inverts.
Plus, a reef tank adds about 5-10k four all the extra equipment
