Don't know what is growing in my tank

So my 3 month old gallon tall with 2 clowns and about 25-30 lbs of rock has been growing some weird stuff that I really want to know what it is. I've been through a slight hair algae outbreak and just got over it and now my tank seems pretty happy but I still have these grass like or green root type deals growing on my rock. Any help Id'ing these would be appreciated.

Looks like that rock was in a refugium.
Ulva or sea lettuce. A turf algae in the clump. Halameda and the first pic really looks like a chato but they usually don't root like that.

I had this in my frag tank. It disappeared over time. I also had a decent size clean up crew and gfo running. I don't know what it is I couldn't find anything on it when I tried researching it (didn't try very hard).

Thanks! One of my favorites in my tank. It's a fox coral at least that's what I was told.
