So my donut coral has been eating everything. 2 blue tangs, yellow tang, and now 2 blue tuxedo urchins. Is this normal? (I have him on his side so I can get it to release the urchin)

Never seen a doughnut do that, but generally when corals catch fish it’s because they weren’t healthy to begin with. At least in my experience.

Hum?
Not an overly aggressive coral.
Maybe not a donut. Sounds like carpet behavior.
Did you see him eat them, that’s just bizarre.

I haven’t witnessed him catching them. I do notice at night he expands like most corals do when they feed. Last night I noticed the blue tuxedo right beside it. Then this morning he was inside it
