Is there any chance of saving this, or should I just pull it before it pollutes my tank? It was just delivered to me on Tuesday. The water was cold and milky and it was spewing goo. I turned down the lighting and flow and shielded it the best I could, but the mouth hasn't closed once since it arrived. I've never had this specific coral before, but it looks pretty far gone to me.

Luckily, there were no issues with the rest of my order.

Let her ride. Corals, given ideal conditions, have an amazing capacity to recover. Recovery always takes exponentially more time than any damage done. I doubt that there is enough of the animal to pollute your tank unless you have a micro/nano and even then... Primarily, corals are calcium carbonate skeleton and water and, comparatively, very little tissue or organics. If you have solid biological filtration your system should easily be able to handle the loss. Just leave it alone and don't touch it no matter how tempting.

leave it somewhere low flow

Did you buy this coral? Send your picture to the coral seller and tell them what had happened and you are nursing the coral. If you paid for it, you should have received a happy healthy coral. I have tried to recover a coral only to have it die 10 days later and lost my money. I would expect a refund.
I lost a big order last week that came in at 52 degrees, Good luck
