The pics are quite dark and there is no history given.
Stop adding all these miracle juices that dont work. Ive tried entice which was a joke and myth that garlic entices eating- It helps boost immunity system
Need clear pics under white lighting to see fish clearly.
Is fish breathing normal or elevated?
What foods are you offering this fish?
Any fish especially your sergeant major damsel harassing it?
Age of tank?

Do you have algae clips with some nori, seaweed etc? Being a herbivore, that’s the first thing she would be interested in. If she will eat from the algae clips, the other foods will come along.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

+1 food enticements really never work. In cases where they seem to, the fish was going to start feeding on its own anyway.

Fish don't eat for two reasons: environmental (the fish is uncomfortable in the tank or you are not offering it food that it wants) or due to health issues - the fish isn't inclined to eat because it is too sick.

You need to try and determine which basic cause is involved here, and then resolve that. We can help try and assess this for you, but we will need a clear video of the fish taken under white lights.

Hepatus is the least to dive into nori- They simply pick at it. Theres a reason its not attacking any foods and not the food itself

Hi nothings harassing it, it’s a 1 year old tank, breathing of all fish was mildly elevated so I turned on the air pump

The fish is being offered a mixed blend of mysis, brineshrimp, bloodworm and krill along with seaweed on the clips

Mysis and brine should have worked- are you able to get live brine or blackworm?

Unfortunately not, could it just be a hunger strike and will start eating in the next day or so?

thanks for the advice
Many fish dont go on a hunger strike. What is your ammonia-ph-nitrate and salinity and how are you testing levels

Testing with a home test kit and all levels are fine and all all other fish eating when the food goes in dory seems to swim around like the other fish like she wants to eat but just isn’t
