DOS amount for Reefer 450 need help!

Any advice? measured out at 47.5 ml but can only say up to 45 ml?

Other pump on it does 41 so that is fine. NO IDEA

Figured it out thankfully. Now need help knowing how much of the Bionic 2 part to dose on my tank
