Dos not timing correctly?

So I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I have set the program and went over it. It appears to be correct, but my actual schedule is not reflecting what I have input.

Is the clock on your Apex set for the correct time zone? If you see two clocks on your dashboard (one orange, one blue), then the Apex is basing all its operations on a clock in the wrong time zone for your location. If that's the case, then run the Clock Setup task in Fusion (for the Apex 2016 or Apex-EL), or set the clock in the Classic Dashboard for the Apex Classic or older models.
 
Clock appears to be correct… am I going by apex time or local time?

you can see in the pics it is scheduled between two times (13-22), yet on the intervals they are outside these time frames.

You’re missing the point…Your Apex clock doesn’t match the local clock for your location in Houston. It’s operating as if it’s in Los Angeles.

Change the time zone on your Apex so it understands where it is on the planet. When set correctly, the two clocks should match:
