Dos not turning

not sure whats going on but the right head on my dos pump doesn't turn. Even when I hit the manual button nothing happens. Is anyone familar with this? I have only had it for less than a month. The other side is working okay.

If it's not turning when you press the manual button, and the unit is receiving power, it's probably a bad motor.
I'd pull the cap off and see if it turns without it, though.
If that didn't help, I'd remove power to the unit and power it up again.
Still no go, probably time to submit a ticket with Neptune.

Heard from them last night. Ha e to send the unit back unfortunately for repair.

What color is the little indicator light? Should be orange. Have you popped off the head? See if the gears turn or if the head is not properly seated.

Yea its doesnt turn at all. Light us orange. When I push it turns blue but doesn't spin.
