Dos range of effectiveness

Im trying to make a awc system useing a dos. Thing is, my tank is upstairs and my mixing station is in the garage. So im wonder if I can run 75-100 ft of 1/4 inch tubeing from garage to the tank and get accurate water changes with the dos. Will the pump even be powerful enough to pump up that much water?

Should be fine. You could always calibrate it and precisely measure how much it moves from each head using a graduated cylinder so make sure.
