I have to dose 0.4ml for a 1 ppm nitrate raise and 0.05 ml for 0.01 ppm phosphate raise.

I dosed 0.4ml phosphate!! My phosphate is now 0.1 used to be 0.04. And nitrate 4

To make things worse (or maybe not) I’m on hour 27 of my 72 hour blackout because of dino’s (the reason I’m increasing my nutrients).

#reefsquad help guys!

Could you describe what's in your tank? Phosphates of 0.1ppm may not matter, depending upon what you have in there.
Euphyllia and zoanthids, 1 bird nest and a small montipora

0.1ppm phosphate is nothing to worry about. You can either do some water changes to bring it down or let some algae naturally take care of it. What are you using to measure with? That could make a lot more of a difference.

0.1 was actually my target but I wanted to get there slowly and not at once... I use salifert.

How large is the tank? Could you put a small bag of a product like Phosguard somewhere that’s getting flow in order to slowly bring them down a little? (Without messing up your blackout). But really .1 isn’t that much of a much

15 Gallon. I don’t have Phosguard by hand right now but can buy it if necessary. I was mostly worried about the 0.07 increase within a few seconds.

If your battling dinos because of no nutrients then any are welcomed. It will go down naturally in a day or two, its food

It will be fine and actually help if battling Dino’s. It will go down on its own.

Agreed with... well; all the above. :-) 0.1 is fine for what you have, and letting the tank handle things as they are is likely best. The less you mess with the parameters, the sooner they will reach their natural balance.

I doubt that a sudden 0.07 increase in phosphate is going to cause any harm to anything. I would consider phosphate to be a "passive" ingredient in the tank - something that is available to be consumed, but not actively keeping anything going. Compared to temperature or salinity, for example - both are things that can impact the health of the tank if changed too quickly as they are "active" in keeping things alive and healthy.
