Doseing pump Q

Hi all
Just setting a dose pump for my alk and I need something cleared up
My alk drops 0.6 dkh each day iv been try to keep up with it by hand but had enough so I'm finally setting the pump up iv had for months
Anyway I keep my alk at 8.0 dKH ...Try to
Iv not dosed today so I'm sitting at about 7.4 dKH , do I need to get it up to were I want it at 8.0 than set the pump up to dose ?
Any help would be great thanks

Ok so this is what you do. Get your doser set so you can hold your numbers.... like 7.4 but steady. Once your set and steady then hand dose it up to where you want it.... say 8.0 . Then your doser should hold the new number. So basically you just need to get your doser to match your demand. Make sense??
