Doser SA to control both KH Director and ION D?

So if I don't have a Profilux controller, can I get 1 SA 4-head doser and have it control both the KHDirector and Ion Director? I know I'd need to get a 4-head slave doser for the IOND, but at least I'd only need 1 stand alone.

A single Standalone Doser 2.1 can be used to control both the KHD and IOND.

As I understand it - even Doser 2 can be used as a base station - not only 2.1. Both have the PAB interface.
