So I'm just getting re-started into Saltwater with a 15 gallon nano after a 7 year break. I did it for about 7 years before that so I'm not a beginner by any stretch. It seems though that there have been many new additions to the product lines since I have come back. I used to dose ESV B ionic 2 part calcium and alkalinity in the past and never had any problems with it. I still had a bunch left over so I'll pick up where I left off. I also picked up a bottle of B ionic magnesium. It's something I never used in the past with my aquariums but I realize the importance now. I think it goes without saying but just to put it out there obviously I plan to test regularly and only add what I need. The reason for my post is to ask the community what you think about B ionic. I have always heard good things about it up until today when I was at my local Reef shop and they were dumping all over it. This made me second-guess myself and now I'm wondering if I should switch to a Red Sea 2 part or Brightwell Aquatics 2 part. What do you guys think?
