Dosing ABCD trace weekly instead of daily?

I'm new to using ABCD trace elements and I'm dosing 1ml daily of each bottle per my calcium consumption. Its beginning to become very tedious doing this every day. I'm contemplating just dosing 7ml weekly. Anyone ever do this? I know stability is king but my wallet is pretty thin. I'm working on buying 4 BRS 1.1 ML dosers for each part, but it's just taking time.

I dose them one to two times per week. Can't say that daily is that much better than weekly.

I dose the coral colours weekly by hand, I really don’t think it’s makes any difference and I dose roughly on calcium uptake but very much air on the side of caution.

Over dosing can ‘do bad things’ so ive just done it this way for years. I add about 10-15ml every 7-9 days or so.

According to the BRS TV investigates video, it's common and acceptable to dose once weekly. I dose daily, but I have a high demand. I really don't sweat missing a day or two every now and then. Corals are doing great.

My only concern would be overdosing one of the elements by adding it all at once. I didn't do the calculations for your tank, but if you are dosing 0.09 ppm of iodine per week for example, and then decide to dose it all at once, your iodine level could be too high for a couple of days before it gets into a safe range. This could cause problems with your coral. The same applies to the other elements.

You might want to consider dosing 2-3 times a week instead of daily or weekly.

I will start dosing 2-3 times a week and send off an ICP to see where I'm at. Then adjust accordingly. Thanks for your help!

I dose acropower once a week, i dont have room for another doser in my sump or time to dose it daily. I haven't noticed a difference. Whoops, just realized this is for trace, not aminos.

I dose Colours ABC&D manually once a week, usually about 8ml. It's one of my 'Sunday Jobs'.
