so, I need to know how to dose all for reef in an 11.4 with 1 frogspawn, a stylophora, some zoas and a green cap monti. how should I dose? daily? weekly? every other day? idk

Start slow and you also need to test how much calcium and alkalinty your tank is consuming daily to really get an idea of how much you need to dose.

Just does the required amount and test the same time the next day. If the ALK is where you want it then dose the same amount the following day. After testing and the ALK is stable then there's your dose. Remember it takes quite a few hrs for the conversion to happen so be patient.

imma just bump
im impatient sorry :C
just scared cuz my urchin losing its spines out of nowhere, all things fine :C
All for reef isn’t gonna save your urchin… a tank that small and low coral load I’d guess maybe 3-4ml a day… you shouldn’t really be seeing any swings in your tank if you change a gallon of water a week or so..

You shouldn't be dosing anything in that lightly stocked nano tank just weekly water changes.
