Not sure how many have tried this stuff nor can I say it is totally responsible for the results in my tank. I started using it every other day after lights out. Just 3 drops, suppose to help build the skeletal structure of SPS and LPS. Over 2.5 months I have seen some wonderful growth in all my stony corals. Of course my tank has been really stable now for months too which helps but I really think the AF Build is working too. It hasn't drastically affected my calcium but my fluorine did bottom out. I can literally see the SPS growth week after week now. It is little pricey but small vial last several months. Might want to check it out.

I dose all 4, the build, energy, amino and vitality since i start keeping SPS. Currently I am doing 5 drops each every other days. I don't know it is the reason my SPS grow so well and good color or by luck :face-with-hand-over-mouth: :face-with-hand-over-mouth: Picture of one of my SPS growing in 9 months

awesome, I'm not dosing the whole suite but am considering it based on the build results. AF build is the only coral additive I put in the tank currently but I do add phytoplankton daily. I've cut aminos completely and corals responded well.

I don't think aminos play a very important part in successful reef keeping if you have enough fish in your reef tank and feeding enough food for the fish. Keeping the big 3 as constant as possible (Ca, KH and Mg) is the key factor for SPS to grow and stay healthy. Of course lighting and water flow are equally important too. Happy reefing

I agree with you totally. By chance, have you done a recent ICP? Mine came back with 0 fluorine and this trace seems to work closely with the AF build so I'm wondering if the build depletes it?

I look at all my previous ICP tests and my fluorine readings were always in range. I used auqaforest component 123 and component 2 has fluorine. May be that why my fluorine is good. I have a 200 gal mix reef. I setup and use dosing pumps on 24/7 dosing each component 1, 2 and 3. Each day 255 ml of each component is going into the tank to keep the big 3 stable.

Nice, I just auto dose alk and cal but hand dose Red Sea trace once a week. I've added a weekly fluorine dose now too. I'm only 80g system.

Can you post a tank pic and your dosing set up? One day I'll have a large reef.

I only has individual coral and fish pictures because I am using macro len. I can take a picture of the whole tank when I get off from work. I have a picture of my complete dosing setup. Some people may call me crazy. But I can show you how happy and healthy are my corals and fish.

Wow that's a lot of automation but you do have a large system so it makes sense.

That why i have lots of spare time to sit in front of the reef tank and taking pictures :drooling-face: :drooling-face: The whole dosing system took about 6 months to fine tune and many ICP tests to comfirm the proper dosing.

If I ever get a large tank like yours I would want the same.
