Dosing carbonate and calcium

Any rule of thumb for dosing liquid carbonate (seachem) and calcium. Like do I need to wait 24 hours . Does it matter which I did first etc

No need to wait except to let the concentrated cloud one one disperse and mix in before adding the other. Might only be 5 minutes, or maybe more.
