Dosing Channel Consistency

So I bought a dosing pump(brand not disclosed to avoid bias) and calibrated the channels for 20ml. Looking closely at my numbers there is between a 4-9 second difference between them. Are they really that individually different? I was expecting a tighter margin than this. That just seems huge to me. But again not familiar with the dosing pumps, this could be the whole reason behind frequent calibration. For now it’s back to testing everyday.

You mean one channel runs 4-9 seconds more than others?
Of course, that doesn’t make sense, so use caution.

All 4 channels of mine count the revolutions, 160 revs is 100ml.

All run the same amount of time, when dispensing the same amount.

You can get this issue. An the reason you get to check and calibrate them every so often.

Ok that makes sense. I wasn’t really paying attention and assumed the number on tha cal screen was seconds. I have the same pump so yes it’s revolutions. I used the 20ml option, I’m dosing 1ml increments and the instructions said to cal close to your dosing unit. So do you think I should recalibrate if the revolutions are a few off from each other?

I was able to connect to WiFi but the calibration feature was not registering any numbers. It turned on and off but never gave me a value on channels 2&4. I got nervous with the WiFi so am in manual mode.
