Dosing confusion with tropic marin potassium

Has anyone used tropic marin potassium? The directions on the bottle seem to conflict what is on their site. Their site says:

Tropic Marin Potassium contains 10 % potassium. A dose of 15 ml Tropic Marin Potassium will raise the potassium concentration in 40 gallons by approximately 10 ppm. Maximum recommended dose is 30 ml Potassium per 40 gallons of system water volume per day

The bottle says this

And I have a 125 gallon tank volume, and dosed 200ml thinking that I would raise the potassium by 20ppm. Did I overdose?

The one says 10ml per 26 gallons of water will raise the K by 10 mg/l. 1 mg/l is equal to 1ppm. So 200ml should have raised k by a little over 20ppm.

The other says 15ml per 40 gallons to raise 10ppm. Which would mean I raised it by close to 40ppm by dosing 200ml. But which is it? Or am I off somewhere?

The directions match.

10 mL/26 --> 1 mL/2.6 gallons gives 10 ppm boost
15 ml/40 gallons --> 1 mL per 2.7 gallons gives 10 ppm

Unfortunately I can see where I went wrong with my math, and I boosted K by about 42ppm all at one time. Because I dosed 200ml into 125 gallons.

I read this as “dosing confusion” and I was like, hmmmm. Haven’t heard of that product. Hahaha I don’t know anything about dosing, just wanted to share what kind of morning I’m having
