Making up some dosing containers for my GHL doser 2
Used a food grade container.
Used food grade Parker flex line 1/4"
Quick disconnect fitting.
Drilled small hole for air intake as liquid is pumped out.

Great idea, easy and saves a boat load of cash...
...thanks for sharing this!

Both items can be found at industrial hose supply
Houses it most cities.

I also use different color lines to remember what chemical is in what container. I running the Balling method.

Ed, who did you source the "Quick disconnect fitting"from?

I deal with these day in and day out. They can be a bear getting the hose out of the connector. Not something you would want to use to remove a line all the time. I have had to cut the line and replace the connector too many times.

really? ive never had a problem, push in fitting, pull out tubing. But.... to each their own.

I work in industrial maintenance so we have thousands on this fitting in the plant. 40 years of dealing with this fitting. [emoji38]
