I'm curious of how much ALK, calcium, and magnesium reefers are dosing once a day or weekly to maintain their desired parameters. I realize there are a lot of factors involved, such as tank size, how many corals, the type of corals, the coral sizes and etc...

I'm really just interested in general, the size of the tank, SPS or LPS dominate, the amount being dosed, and if your would like what product you are dosing.

Thank you, for sharing.

250 gallon sps dominate. Currently dosing 56.1 ml each of calcium chloride and sodium carbonate. Tank is not highly stocked at the moment

FWIW, the answer is typically o.25 to 3 dKH per day, which will be accompanied by 18-20 ppm of calcium and 0.2 - 2 ppm of magnesium for each 1 meq/L (2.8 dKH) of alkalinity. :)
