Dosing ESV Potassium Iodide

Hey everyone, need some help figuring out how to dose ESV Potassium Iodide. ESV suggests 1ml per 20 gallons per week. For my tank that has 31.5 gallons of water, I should dose 1.58ml per week. How should I go about dosing this? All at once, once a week or multiple doses throughout the week? My thought was .52ml three times a week or .32ml 5 days a week. Just not sure what is best when dosing iodide. Thanks for the help.

I dose my iodine every 2 weeks at once, so once or twice a week would be fine.

It doesn’t hurt to dose every day, but 2-3 times a week should be fine because iodide typically takes at least a few days to deplete.
