Dosing help

hello all! so ive got a four pump doser and im getting ready to set it up. im planning on dosing calcium, magnesium, alkalinity. Do you recommend I dose something else in the fourth pump or modify my current plan? also, what are the most economical brands of additives? I appreciate any help as I am new to the dosing world.

I plan on having lots of SPS and LPS

Hi luke!!

What is your current coral livestock?

Dont dose until you absolutely need to.

After you start adding sps, test you water for Ca,Mg and Kh wait a 5 days and test again and you can see how much your levels have dropped.

Divide that number by 5 and thatll tell you how much to dose every day.

right now I have about 5-6 LPS and a few softies. I plan to start adding SPS in the summer/fall of this year. Thank you for the dosing calculation!
