Dosing help

I have mostly softies and lps in my tank. I'm starting to go into sps and planning on adding a clam. I keep my parms as follows.
Calcium:430
Alk: 10.5
Mag:1400

My question is, is there any upside or downside to keeping my parms at this level, especially the alk. Thanks

With alk and mag, my only concern with keeping them that high would be the event of an uncaught upward drift. It could stress your inverts out enough to cause them to die before you realize that your parameters are too high.
