Dosing into sump with manifold

Good evening guys,

I'm about to start my new reef tank a 80 gallon rimless with a sump. I plan on using one Waveline DC12000 pump to run the return and the manifold. I plan on running a couple reactors out of the manifold. Eventually I plan on dosing into the sump. So my question is, if I dose into the sump will the additives being dosed be affected by the reactors in the manifold or will the reactors be affected by the additives?

Yes they all have a reaction to each other you are adding multiple chemicals think about it. I know people dose at different time for that reason as well as last at night when there is less stress. That’s what I do, also ty dosing a complete mix in one save yourself the hassle
