Dosing just calcium

Hey guys I have a question about dosing just calcium. I currently does Tropic Marin All for reef and I have the apex trident right now my calcium is at 397 , alk is at 8.3 and mag is at 1264. I want to bring my calcium up to 450 and bring my mag up to 1350. If I just dose calcium by the brs calculator will it drop my alk or do I gotta dose alk and calcium the same time? Thanks for the feedback

That's what I'm trying to figure out if I can just do that or will it affect my other parameters too

It won't mess anything up. If the calcium was extremely high, you might get some extra precipitation, but calcium can be dosed without dosing anything else. Traditional 2 part (alk and calcium) calls for equal dosing of the two assuming the are being used evenly, but does not require them to both be dosed.
