For my 130 I'm going with a calcium reactor setup with a Kalk drip to keep a higher PH, but during my cycling period should I be using my calcium reactor and Kalk Drip, or do a large water change after my initial cycle and then start my calcium rector and Kalk setup?

I don’t belive you should do either really. You can I suppose without much harm
There’s basically nothing in the tank using the calcium or alkalinity. So it’ll be pretty easy to have too much in the long run.
I don’t see a need to have higher ph when the tank cycles.

I’d wait till you see some depletion of the call and alk.

You can run the reactor just don't drop the in-chamber pH lower then 7.0 . Just to get the feel of your equipment. Test for leak and etc...FYI At 6.8 your media begin to melt which is not good cause you don't have any corals that are using the stuff...I would wait til later on to run the drip kalkwasser.... Water changes is good for now. Good luck and happy reefing!
