Dosing Line Issues, Please Help!

I have the Neptune Dos that Iam using to dose Nopox and ESV Alk, also Iam using clear tubing for the lines. The tubing is refrigerator tubing, it is quater inch and hard. The problem Iam having is the ends where it connects to the dose keep splitting over time, then I get air in the lines. The left hand dos head, is putting a trickle of Nopox out the effluent side.

I presume that you have barbed hose outlets for flexible tubing? Get some flexible tubing, I use silicone or pvc tubing for these kinds of applications.
