So what do you use for dosing lines? I have a bubble magnus dosing CA, ALK and MG. I’m using tiny tubing from Lowe’s, said non toxic and lead free but I can’t find food grade lines that small. The RODI lines are too rigid. Wondering if these are okay or if there’s something better I should be using. Thanks.

I use blue (because I like the color) silicone airline tubing.

Oh wow. I’m using the “wrong stuff” then this so very helpful. Thanks guys. I’ve been following another thread about leaching from tubing and even though says lead free, stuff that is lead free really isn’t 100%.

The expensive Neptune/DOS dosing lines are 4mm ID x 6mm OD, as far as I know.
So that was the tubing size I was planning to use when I get my doser going shortly.

Thanks. That’s what the airline tubing is.

Clean setup!
This is how I ran them under the shelf that the pump is on. I still need to come up with some grommets for the holes where the lines pass through the wood.

Here you go!
Grommets

Nice setup! I'm stealing some of your ideas now.
Thanks @LeftyReefer
I just checked out that site. I like the shaft grommets because I would be able to install them without disconnecting the lines.
Feel free to steal all the ideas you want. Check out my build thread, it’s full of DIY stuff.

Why not just RO/DI lines? It's what I've been using for many years. Am I missing out on not using something else?

RO/DI fit right onto most dosers, and you can use john guest fittings on the bottles/dosing containers with some rigid airline to the bottom of the container.
