I have a 20 gal QT setup right now. Is it safe to dose 2 scoops (recommend dosage) metroplex into the water column and then another scoop of Metroplex into the fish food? The amount of fish food made would be enough to last about 2 days.

No issue feeding and dosing together, just remember when dosing to the tank directly only every 48 hours.
It’s relatively reef safe,
The praziquantel in gc will lower o2, and also kills all worms not just parasites. So if have a lot of ploychaetes(bristleworms, feather dusters etc). Could end up with very low o2 in the tank.
