Dosing Monosodium Phosphate

So for my ~140 gallon system I would take the 530 liters(140 gallons) multiplied by 0.01 to get the weight in grams of monosodium phosphate I add to 1liter of RODI to get a solution that will raise my po4 .008ppm per ML?

Or am I misunderstanding what is said there?

Yes, that's close enough.

The 1 liter number is not important. it can be any amount of RO/DI.

But if you add 0.1 ppm, you cannot expect a 0.1 ppm rise as much of the added amount will bind to rock and sad.

Thanks, but I still don't quite understand. How can the 1 liter number not be important? I am trying to create a solution with a known potency. More or less RODI would mean a more or less potent solution right?
