Dosing nitrate and phosohate with doser

Hi all

Have a 180g disolay, 260 gallon total system v olume. Low low billiard so I don't feed much, so I'm riding nitrates and phosphates to keep them up at 5 and 0.08 respectively

this means I'm testing and batch dosing 2-3 times over a 10 day period, but occasionally longer between doses if I get busy with the kids or otherwise distracted

have been thinking about using a doser to deliver stock soutuins. I'll do more consistent testing and d is it in the same way you do for alk. Test, wait, retest, calculate consumption etc

anyone use a doser for adding nitrate and phosphate?

Yep, just like you do with alkalinity.

It is also important to test both nitrate and phosphate each time as if you limit one, it will affect the other.
