Dosing no3- mixture amount

@Randy Holmes-Farley is there a way to tell how much of this product should be dosed to raise no3 by a certain amount?

I started using the stump remover, but something about dumping stump remover in my tank doesn't sit well with me. I did however like the fact I knew exactaly how much to dose to raise by .08 based on a past post of yours.

If not I'll start really small and get ready to test a lot.

Dissolve 137 grams of sodium nitrate in enough RO water to make 1 liter.
1 ml of that solution will raise nitrates with 1 mg/l (ppm) in 100 liters (25 gallons) of tank water.
