IO tests lower calcium than RC, but not much.

Nothing in that tank should be consuming calcium down to 320.

When you use the salifert test kit you need to keep adding titration solution until it turns full grayish blue, not purple. Most people tend to under read the Salifert test for this reason.

I will reread the directions and do that thank you

Ok i retested I came up with 410
 
Try this: test your parameters every 3 days or so. But be consistent. Write each value down to get a feel of how much is being used up.
